Product Description:
This premium tea is meticulously crafted from tea bushes grown in the pristine, high-altitude gardens of Tongmu Guan. Adhering to time-honored methods, it is slowly smoked over pinewood to develop its distinctive character. The dry leaves are dark, tight, and lustrous. Once brewed, a high, captivating pine-smoky scent rises, complemented by sweet notes of dried longan and honey. The infusion is smooth and full-bodied on the palate, delivering a rich and satisfying cup. A must-try for black tea connoisseurs seeking an authentic and classic experience.
Brewing Guide:
For best results, use a gaiwan or porcelain teapot. Brew with water at 95°C (200°F+) or just off the boil. A general ratio is 3-5g of tea per 150ml of water. Infuse briefly for the first several brews, gradually increasing steeping time with each subsequent infusion. Yields multiple flavorful infusions.
